Il Faé Villa - Features

Il Faé offers a choice of two villas (or bed and breakfast holiday accommodation), plus a host of cookery, art and history tours, making this the perfect way to explore and get to know northern Italy.

The flexible accommodation allows you to rent an individually furnished room or apartment, or a whole villa.

Il Faé villa 1 covers 300 square metres over three floors. There is a kitchenette with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, gas stove, oven and food processor. There is a full bathroom with shower, and a big dining room with large dining table and TV. On the first floor are two double rooms with ensuite and two double rooms sharing a family bathroom (with shower). On the second floor is a suite (or a triple room) with ensuite, and a large study/library with an internet point (access available on request).

Il Faé villa 2 covers 240 square metres over three floors. There is a kitchenette with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, gas stove, oven and food processor. It has a big dining room with TV corner. On the first floor are two double rooms with ensuite bathrooms (one shower, one bath). The second floor has a large suite with an ensuite and Jacuzzi.

The rustic Italian style interiors The houses are furnished in antique Veneto country style, with a private swimming pool and shady mature trees in the garden. Two large barbecue grills offer the opportunity to cook and eat outside.

Il Faé is ideal for families as the grounds are away from busy roads, allowing children to swim or play in the grounds or on the swings.

The estate has very passive dogs that are used to children, and guests are welcome to bring dogs to the villa (please apply in advance).

The owners, Sabina and Salvatore Valerio, speak fluent English and lay great worth on the personal atmosphere offered in the villa.

Sabina also runs the Il Faé cookery courses, and offers great advice on excursions and local restaurants.

Il Faé wine label for Prosecco wine The villa boasts its own vineyards and produces the local speciality wine – Prosecco, and a Cabernet Sauvignon. As a result, the villa can offer wine tasting, wine appreciation courses and tours of local cellars. In the autumn, you can also uniquely, take part in the grape harvest.
