Italian wine appreciation courses

With good food and good company, comes good wine. Il Faé is located in a singular region of the Veneto - one of the two official Appellations for the much-loved sparkling Prosecco wine.

White wine label from Il Faé vineyards Together with our Sommelier, you will have a chance to visit local producers and taste the differences that climate, soil-quality and production techniques can make to this delightful drink!

In the surrounding area there are also other types of wine to discover, for example, light fruity reds and light fragrant whites, just right for relaxing aperitifs and summer meals in the Italian sun.

And, of course, Il Faé's Prosecco and Cabernet Sauvignon will be an excellent mainstay during your stay in San Pietro di Feletto!

During our cooking classes, our Sommelier demonstrates a programme of food-and-wine matching. The friendly, convivial atmosphere encourages tasting and discussion of the various wines and dishes presented.
